Sunday, August 8: BRUCHIM HABAIM

    • Check in-at at the Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem from 3:00 PM
    • Opening Dinner at the Inbal hotel with Israeli leaders as guest speakers

Overnight: Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem

Monday August 9: MEET ISRAELI LEADERS

    • Breakfast at the hotel
    • Security or Political Briefing
    • Meetings and briefings all day with Cabinet Ministers, Members of Knesset, and other Dignitaries 
    • Lunch on own
    • Dinner and program hosted by World Likud

Overnight: Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem

Tuesday August 10: FACING HAMAS

    • Breakfast at the hotel
    • Depart hotel and head to Israel’s borders with Egypt and the Hamas controlled Gaza area.
      We’ll get an in depth understanding of the security challenges and how the IDF meets these challenges
    • Head to Sederot, which has endured years of bombardment by Palestinian rockets from Gaza for a simple lunch at the Sederot Hesder Yeshivah where students combine their military service with advanced Torah study
    • Visit front line Israeli communities and defenses facing Hamas controlled Gaza.
    • Return to Jerusalem for dinner at the Inbal Hotel

Wednesday August 11: GUSH ETZION & HEVRON – SECURING JERUSALEM’S SOUTHERN FLANK

    • Breakfast at the hotel
    • Depart hotel to Hevron for a behind the scenes overview of the security situation with IDF Reservists
    • Visit Me’arat Hamachpelah, the Tomb of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs and meet Yishai Fleisher, spokesperson of the Hevron Jewish community and learn about the challenges facing the residents of the Jewish community of Hebron.
    • Lunch and wine tasting at the Gush Etzion Winery with local leaders.
    • In Gush Etzion visit a program for young adults with special needs
    • Briefing at Caliber 3, the leading Counter Terror & Security Training Academy in Israel
    • Meet Nadia Matar at Oz Vegaon Nature Reserve established by Women in Green in response to the murder of the murder of Jewish teens Eyal, Gil-ad and Naftali by Arab terrorists.
    • Return to Jerusalem for dinner and evening on your own.

Overnight: Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem

Thursday August 12: JERUSALEM SEAMLINES

    • Breakfast at the hotel
    • 8:30 AM – Security or Political Briefing
    • Depart the hotel to the City of David, where we will get a behind the scenes look at some of the latest finds reflecting Jewish sovereignty in Jerusalem over the centuries going back 3,000 years. Learn about the role that the archeology and the presence of Jewish families living here today play in strengthening Jewish claims to Jerusalem as the undivided capital of Israel.
    • Have lunch and meet residents of Jewish neighborhoods in parts of Jerusalem that were rejoined to the State of Israel in 1967. Understand how the presence of these Jewish neighborhoods strengthens Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem.
    • Special program Jerusalem seam-line tour and security briefings with Yatar Elite Police Volunteer Counter Terror Unit
    • For those staying for Mission Segment II: Drop off at the Inbal Hotel – evening and dinner on own
    • For those departing: Continue to Ben Gurion Airport for flights to the USA

Mission Segment II  August 13 – 15

Friday August 13: THE STRUGGLE FOR JERUSALEM

    • Breakfast at the hotel
    • Join Ateret Kohanim for a behind the scenes tour in the Old City of Jerusalem and the struggle to maintain and expand the Jewish presence in what many call the Muslim and Christian Quarters.
    • Lunch and shopping time on your own
    • Shabbat Candle Lighting: 6:44 PM
    • Head to the Kotel to greet Shabbat with song, dance and prayer
    • Walk back to the hotel for a late Shabbat dinner

Overnight: Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem

Shabbat August 14: SHABBAT SHALOM IN JERUSALEM

    • Breakfast at the hotel
    • Enjoy the special atmosphere of Shabbat in Jerusalem by participating in Shabbat services at one of Jerusalem’s many synagogues or take time to explore the city on your own
    • 12:00 Noon – Session at the Inbal Hotel with Khaled Abu Toameh, Former Arab Affairs Correspondent for the Jerusalem Post
    • Shabbat lunch at the hotel with IDF Lone Soldiers
    • 5:00 PM – Group program
    • 6:15 PM – Optional walking tour
    • Shabbat ends at 8:02 PM. Evening and dinner on your own in Jerusalem

Overnight: Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem

Sunday August 15: SHOMRON

    • Breakfast at the hotel
    • Pack bus and depart hotel
    • Visit Mitzpeh Yericho, a thriving Jewish community on the heights overlooking the strategic Jordan River Valley. See the dramatic views and meet Mayor Aliza Pilichowski.
    • Shomron Part I: Continue to the Shomron. Visit communities; meet Mayors and other community leaders. Learn about the security and economic challenges that the Shomron communities face
    • Lunch with local leaders at one of the wineries in the Shomron
    • Shomron Part II: Visit communities; meet Mayors and other community leaders. Learn about the security and economic challenges that the Shomron communities face
    • Bus will drop people at the Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem and then continue to Ben Gurion International Airport for flights to the USA
    • Dinner on your own
