The Israeli government has revealed that two of the 13 Palestinian Arab terrorists who were recently flown from Bethlehem to Cyprus, Ibrahim Abyat and Ismail Hamdan were involved in the murder of an American citizen, Avi Boaz. Media reports indicate that Abyat was also involved in the May 2001 drive-by shooting death of Mrs. Sarah Blaustein of Lawrence, New York; and a third terrorist, Mahmoud Hamdan, was involved in the brutal torture-murder of 13 year-old Koby Mandell, of Silver Spring, Maryland, in May 2001.

Soon these terrorists will be living comfortably in Europe—unless the U.S. takes action. The U.S. must formally indict them in order to seek their extradition to America for trial.

According to media reports, the U.S. is now “examining” the issue. It is therefore urgent that we make it clear to the Attorney General how important it is to take action.

Please contact Attorney General John Ashcroft and urge him to indict these killers:

SAMPLE LETTER:

Hon. John Ashcroft Office of the Attorney General U.S. Department of Justice 950 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington, D.C. 20530 Dear Attorney General Ashcroft:

Several of the 13 Palestinian Arab terrorists who were recently flown from Bethlehem to Cyprus were involved in the murders of American citizens Avi Boaz, Sarah Blaustein, and Koby Mandell.

I urge you to indict these killers, to instruct the FBI to apprehend them, and to seek their extradition from whichever country agrees to take them in.

For the sake of justice, and for the sake of America’s war against terrorism, terrorists who murder American citizens must not be allowed to walk free.

Sincerely,
