This morning, on the sacred Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah, the Iranian-backed Muslim Arab terrorist group Hamas launched a massive unprovoked missile, air, sea and ground attack on the Jewish state of Israel, murdering numerous innocent Jews. Hundreds of barbaric Hamas terrorists are going door to door in southern Israel, breaking into homes and murdering entire families. Hamas is parading dead Jewish bodies in open trucks through Gaza to cheering Arab crowds. Israeli hospitals are treating 1,000 injured Israelis, many of them critical. Hamas has reportedly kidnapped over sixty Israelis. Muslim Imams in Jerusalem are urging Israeli Arabs to murder their fellow Jewish Israeli citizens, including IDF troops. The head of the Negev regional council was murdered while defending his town in Israel.
Prime Minister Netanyahu said: “Citizens of Israel, we are at war. Not an operation, not at escalation – at war.”
Horrifyingly, the Muslim Arab Palestinian Authority terrorist regime leader Mahmoud Abbas condemned Israel and stated that the Arabs have the right to attack Jews. This should make it clear that this Palestinian Authority regime will never live peacefully with the Jewish State of Israel. Saudi Arabia, which is supposed to be negotiating peace, has blamed Israel for Hamas’ unprovoked massive attack and murder of Jews.
The Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) urges every Jew and every decent human being to pray for the safety of our Jewish brothers and sisters, and to immediately call your U.S. Senators and U.S. House Representative at (202) 224-3121 and the White House at (202) 456-1111. Tell them to publicly condemn the Hamas war against Israel and support Israel’s obligation to defend its citizens and to crush Hamas; to cut off all aid that benefits the Palestinian Authority terror regime; and to end Biden’s release of any more funds to the Islamic Republic of Iran, which funds and arms Hamas and Islamic terror groups in Judea/Samaria. Tell them that this is not a time to call for Israeli “restraint” while her Jewish citizens are being slaughtered and abducted.
