Sunday June 2   Bruchim HaBaim – Welcome to Israel

  • Check in-at at the Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem from 3:00 PM
  • Opening dinner at the hotel with guest speakers

Monday June 3   Meet Israel Leaders

  • Breakfast in the hotel dining room
  • Session at the hotel
  • Head to the Knesset for a full day of briefings and meetings with MKs and Cabinet Ministers
  • Lunch at the Knesset
  • Dinner TBD

Tuesday June 4   Otef Aza – Living in the Shadow of Hamas

  • Breakfast in the hotel dining room
  • Spend the day with IDSF (Habitchonistim) Founder & Chairman IDF Brig. General (res) Amir Avivi for an in depth look at Israel’s security challenges in the “Otef Aza”. Meet IDF soldiers and residents and leaders of the communities who were brutally attacked by Hamas. The Jewish towns, villages and kibbutzim bordering Hamas controlled Gaza have long been considered to be amongst the most resilient and optimistic communities in Israel, having never given up despite enduring decades of bombardment and attacks. Their lives were shattered on October 7, 2023 by the barbaric, murderous attacks from Gaza. We will meet survivors of the massacres and destruction and bear witness to their stories of heartbreak and bravery – and try to bring them comfort and support as we learn about how they are coping and their plans for recovery and rebuilding.

Wednesday June 5   The Ongoing Struggle for Jerusalem  Yom Yerushalayim

  • Breakfast in the hotel dining room
  • Security/Political briefing at the hotel
  • At the City of David, we will have a VIP Tour and get a behind the scenes look at some of the latest finds reflecting Jewish sovereignty in Jerusalem over the centuries going back 3,000 years. Learn about the role that the archaeology and the presence of Jewish families living here today play in strengthening Jerusalem as the undivided capital of Israel.
  • Lunch on your own
  • Head out to the “Jerusalem Seamlines” with Regavim and Yatar to see the security challenges first hand
  • Join in the celebration of Yom Yerushalayim in the streets of Jerusalem
  • Dinner on own

Thursday June 6   Binyamin & Shomron

  • Breakfast in the hotel dining room – pack bus and depart hotel
  • Departure to ancient Shiloh which served as the home of the mishkan (Tabernacle) and spiritual and political center of the People of Israel over 3,000 years ag Tour the site and get a firsthand look at the deep Jewish roots in the land.
  • Lunch at Winery with leaders of Jewish communities in Binyamin/Shomron
  • Visit Jewish communities in the Shomron
  • Farewell Dinner
  • Head to Ben Gurion Airport

Prices are per person sharing a Double Room. For single hotel room accommodations please add $700 (limited availability)

All listed prices are in US dollars and are valid for tourists only (non-Israeli citizens). Israeli citizens must add 17% Value Added Tax to a portion of the trip cost per Israeli law.

The ZOA VIP Yom Yerushalayim Leadership Mission will include an opening banquet at the Inbal Hotel on Sunday evening June 2 with Israeli leaders, Security and Political briefings at the Knesset with MKs, Cabinet Ministers and Defense Experts, Solidarity Visits to Gaza Border Area Communities, Security Overviews and Community Visits in Judea/Samaria and in Jerusalem – and we’ll join the Yom Yerushalayim celebration in Jerusalem!

Payment for the Mission is due by May 1, 2024

Keshet strongly urges you to purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance and supplemental medical coverage (which covers pre-existing conditions). We cannot accept responsibility for any losses or expenses which you or any member of your party may incur as a result of failure to secure adequate insurance coverage.

Arrival in/Departure from Israel: Flights are being arranged by each traveler. Keshet assumes no responsibility for flight arrangements, delays or cancellations. Transportation from Ben Gurion Airport to The Inbal Hotel is not included in the trip price. There will be one group bus drop off at Ben Gurion Airport at the conclusion of the trip on Thursday evening June 6 timed to the departure of most of the group. Should your flights depart at times/dates different from the group you will be responsible for the cost of your own airport transportation. The Keshet staff will be happy to assist trip participants with any additional transportation, accommodations or touring services that might be needed prior to or after the trip.

Accommodations will be at the Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem with check in on Sunday June 2 from 3:00 PM and check out on Thursday morning June 6 by 11:00 AM.
Hotel accommodations are in Standard New City View Rooms.
Room upgrades can be arranged at additional cost, subject to availability.
